The difference between NaruSasu and SasuNaru...? Well, it all has to do with the birds and the bees...XD....kinda.
Really though, NaruSasu is when Naruto is on top or is the dominant/the guy in the relationship and SasuNaru is when he bottoms, or is more submissive/the girl.
